In this website, a letter has been written to Tell the Prime Minister, Environment Minister Peter Kent and the leaders of the opposition that they are opposed to this decision. And they made it avaible online for anyone who wants to vote against this decision.
Young Canadians:
In this website, facebook page, videos, placards and phone call were used to address their displeasure toward Harper's decision to cut Federal budget on the environment and denounced the fact that the government is spending $1.4 billion for the wealthiest companies instead of paying off two-thirds of all students loans taken out last year.
350 or burst:
A diagram made by Cameron Fenton, has been used in this website to illustrate what the cuts will entail and they denounced the waste that Harper's government are doing in other field such as national security and Canadian Border Services. And they use also vidoe with the help of some humorists like Janeane Garafolo.
Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives:
The Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives decides to denounce the fact that nowadays, Canadian military funding is at its highest level, thanks to sempiternal budget increases while the one for the environment is being cut.
