Delegate from New Brunswick was so affected by Dr. Sewell’s Speech that he said “Honour delegate it is expedient that the medical professions of the dominion of Canada form a better a Medical Association and it will be called the Canadian Medical Association” which marked the historic resolution that will change their lives and the lives of Canadians forever.
